There is no way that you can burn off a bad diet. Having said that, regular exercise can help a lot! It makes your cells and muscles more sensitive to insulin, so you don’t need as much to deal with sugar spikes. And you don’t need to kill yourself either. Even if you squeeze in a walk or a swim a day for just 30 minutes you’ll notice the difference.
