Lady Gaga works hard! She’s got to keep that amazing voice and body of hers on top form. But what are her diet and fitness secrets? I admire her stamina on stage. I mean just one of her performances and you’ll be drenched in sweat. In fact, most of the exercise comes from her time on the stage. The superstar uses one of the toughest celebrity workout trainers in the business to keep her body petite and toned.

Lady Gaga is famous for her dramatic and outstanding live performances. However, because they’re usually so epic, she needs to be fit to execute them. That’s why when it comes to working out, she definitely isn’t looking for an easy way out. She knows she’s got to work for it. I will take some of her tips any day.

I mean, she’s already 31 years of age and looks as if she can still pass as a college student. As we all know. keeping fit and looking great requires effort, grit, and frequent workouts. The harder the exercise, the harder Lady Gaga works and thrives.

Lady Gaga’s workout is demanding, thanks in part to her personal trainer Harley Pasternak. Harley had Lady Gaga doing a TRX training strap workout just minutes before going on for her Super Bowl performance.

Lady Gaga Works Very Intensely

According to the superstar, her workouts usually last longer than an hour. That’s because there is a five-minute warm-up before and a cool-down after. Reportedly, she keeps her workouts simple with basic, yet gruelling circuit training exercises. She completes four sets of twenty of six different exercises daily, according to Pop Workouts. However, the trick is to always keep your body moving throughout the entire workout no matter what.

Lady Gaga’s trainer Harley Pasternak has also trained Megan Fox, Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Halle Berry. In addition, this hardcore celebrity trainer has also written both diet and workout books. He’s even made more than a few guest appearances on TV, explaining his methods.

Lady Gaga tells Well and Good that she also sings on the VersaClimber, and that her performances are practically cardio. More importantly, the superstar is open-minded about food and fitness. She enjoys trying out new things and doesn’t like doing the same thing every day. She does a lot of different types of exercises and creates variety in her diet.

Apparently, Lady Gaga also really loves Rhian Stephenson’s spin, stationary bike exercise program called Psychle in addition to working with her trainer. Rhian explains a bit about Psychle to Hello Magazine. Basically, it’s a full-body workout, using high-intensity intervals with metallic conditioning. You work your body from head to toe and take riders through climbs, sprints, jogs and high-intensity intervals. The choreography and weights ensure you work your whole body, strengthen the core, build upper body strength and muscle tone. More importantly, it’s super fun!

What Does Lady Gaga Eat?

That’s the part that’s probably a lot less intense than her training. According to her former chef, Bo O’Connor Lady Gaga’s diet isn’t nearly as exciting or as difficult as her workouts. Bo O’Connor’s secret was to create healthy versions of Lady Gaga’s favorite foods and random cravings.

Apparently, the superstar really loves pasta. So, what does she do? Well, her chef says he would use full protein pasta made without white flour instead to enhance her diet. Her meals usually involve some type of egg or egg whites, a copious amount of vegetables, sometimes Greek yogurt or different types of fruit, and healthy granola.

However, just like the rest of us, she has her cravings too! If Lady Gaga is in the mood for French toast or something sweet, then she will opt for a healthier version of that. Ultimately the secret is to substitute your favorite ‘comfort foods’ with healthier alternatives. Bo O’Connor told Bravo TV that there is definitely a healthy way to make healthy hamburgers.

He says that you can use ground turkey meat or ground chicken meat instead of beef. Then, add all different types of herbs and spices for flavor and taste.

Most importantly, Lady Gaga works hard for what she wants. She knows that being consistent is what gets results. Moreover, the superstar values the importance of taking time out for healing and participating in Bikram Yoga. Doing healthy things for yourself makes all the difference.
