If you are able to practice basic stress release movements and thoughts, these will help you manage your stress better. Enabling you to work better, feel better and be better at what you do.

Dress code:  Clothes to move freely in, no shoes needed, gym/yogawear as the workshop takes place on a mat.

Cost to attend: Cost per ticket includes a healthy refreshment @ The Mesh: R250
