This is a great way to start your week off right, containing all the energy-boosting ingredients you need.
What you’ll need for the smoothie
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup fresh banana slices
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
You then combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Tip: You can pre-slice your banana and freeze. That way all you need to do pop the ingredients into your blender in the morning. And best of all, the frozen bananas adds a little zing to your smoothie.
