Start Your Day With A Glass Of Warm Water And Lemon
Why: Lemon with water alkalises your body, which helps to keep it in an anti-inflammatory state. Drinking a glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon first thing in the morning before breakfast is an easy way to prepare your body for the day.
How: It is so easy to prepare. Just boil water in a kettle, cut three slices of lemon (don’t use bottled substitutes, as these contain chemical preservatives) place in a tall cup and pour in the water. Let the lemon infuse for at least 5-10 minutes before drinking.

A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mid-morning
