Dessert Yoghurt and Berry Cups

Why not try this delicious recipe with fresh berries and meringue for a healthier dessert alternative.

Dessert Yoghurt and Berry Cups

Ingredients:

2 punnets berries (approx. 300g)

3 drops vanilla extract

500ml Greek yoghurt

Method:

Slice the berries if necessary and set aside. Stir the vanilla into the yoghurt and break up the meringues.

When ready to serve, gently combine the ingredients and spoon into little bowls. Decorate with mint leaves.

Health Kick:

To further reduce the fat content of this dessert, use low fat or fat free plain yoghurt.
